As a reminder, Bubbles Underwater & Beyond<\/em> is my personal blog, and has nothing to do with my job (as I explain in my About<\/a>). I started it in 2006, just for fun, but it has grown to a size I never expected. And seven years later, I can't imagine traveling without blogging...<\/p>\n

This blog is my own little piece of the web, and a precious logbook that allows me to keep track of my travels. It's also a great way to meet, virtually, people or in real life<\/a>and other travel and diving enthusiasts around the world.<\/p>\n

Today, I can't do without it! I've become addicted to blogging!<\/p>\n

Blog before, during and after the trip<\/h2>\n

Whenever I have a free moment, after work or on my vacations, I try to publish a new article on\u00a0Bubbles Underwater & Beyond<\/em>. Not always obvious, since I already spend my days of work riveted to screens ...<\/p>\n

When I travel, I absolutely have to find a wifi connection or an internet caf\u00e9, otherwise I am condemned to tell the story \"after the fact\", and the time lag is not always easy to catch up.<\/p>\n

I still haven't finished telling my previous trips in\u00a0French Polynesia<\/a>\u00a0(October 2012), to\u00a0Raja Ampat<\/a>\u00a0Indonesian Papua (July 2012), to\u00a0New York<\/a>\u00a0(May 2012) and some others ...<\/p>\n

Above, a photo taken in July 2009<\/a>on the island of Perhentian Besar, in Malaysia, with Mandy, my diving buddy. Great luxury for the \"geeky\" adventurers that we are: there is wifi on the beach. We exchange underwater pictures while waiting for the dinner, while chatting and surfing on the internet... Happiness!<\/p>\n
